Cancellation Policy
Winter: A non-refundable one nights charge plus taxes (or 20% of total for a stay of more than 10 nights) is due upon booking. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival, and will be automatically applied to the credit card on file. If cancellation is received more than 7 days before arrival, there is a 50 % refund. No monies will be refunded after this time.
Summer: A non-refundable one nights deposit is due upon booking. The remainder is due 7 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed on the credit card on file.
*** There is a 5 night minimum during holiday season.
***Season pass holders receive 10% discount if booked 72 hours in advance.
***Pets: pets are allowed in certain units only, $10.- per night per pet
*** $20.- surcharge for every adult over 4 per suite |
