All kinds of snow sports grace the slopes of Silver Star Mountain from mid November to mid April every year.
For the skiers and snowboarders, Silver Star has six chairlifts accessing 115 marked trails, so there is enough room for everyone!
There are also extensive Nordic trails, 60 km (37 miles), with 4 km of
lit night track, here at Silver Star, and an additional 50 km (31 miles)
at the adjacent Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre. We also have warming huts, biathlon tracks, and a wax room.

There are several retail shops and eateries, or you can visit Gallery Odin on the Knoll. This gallery features works from local artists. The National Altitude Training Centre has a variety of things to do, including a climbing wall, weight room, and spa.
You can join our on-mountain naturalist, Roseanne Van Ee, on a snowshoe tour. Outdoor Discoveries offers a variety of guided tours through the forest where Roseanne talks about the local wildlife as well as our history.
For the young at heart, make sure you visit Tube Town or go ice skating. Have a hot chocolate at the Tube Town Cantina if you get cold! You could also go on a Sleigh Ride or Snowmobile Tour.
